Welcome to the 2024 CIHO Hall of Fame Game and Banquet!

Come join your fellow past and present officials for a night of celebration at the South Suburban Sports Complex! The event will honor our 2024 inductees: Alan McLean, Tom Braun, Ken Spresser, and Ray Streicher, Colorado officials who have made significant contributions to the hockey community. Activities include a 90 minute hockey game, raffle/silent auction, guest speakers, and recognitions for our current officials!

3:10pm-4:40pm: Hall of Fame Memorial Hockey Game. Dust off those sticks and breezers and join your fellow officials for 90 minutes of hockey. Jerseys are provided as part of the ticket cost. Space is limited to 30 skaters and 2 goalies.

6:00pm-8:00pm. Hall of Fame Banquet and Dinner. After the game, we will gather upstairs to recongize and induct our 2024 class into the Hall of Fame. Tickets include access to the event and food. The event will be hosted by a guest speaker and includes a raffle and silent auction. A cash bar will be open for the duration of the event.

Tickets are available at a discounted rate for officials under 21. Ticket options include game only, banquet only, and a discount for for attending both. The bar upstairs will be open between the hockey game end and banquet start.

Can I pass this on to [Mark Fox/Jeff Klein/other official who no longer officiates]?

Absolutely! This is for everyone who has ever been a part of the referee community, whether for 1 season or 30. We would love to catch up with folks who aren't actively officiating (and maybe convince them to return to the dark side).

My wife and kids want to come. Can I bring guests who aren't refs?

Yes! This is a great family event and we encourage you to bring your friends and family. Just select the appropriate amount of tickets to cover the adults in your party.

Do I need to buy a ticket for my child to attend?

Tickets are to help us with the amount of food to order. Tickets are not necessary for anyone under 15.

$40 for 90 minutes of ice seems a little steep. What gives?

Inflation, amirite? But honestly, CIHO is 100% non-profit and volunteer operated. The funds we earn from our Hall of Fame activities go right back to funding future events. And, for your game fee, you get a jersey to keep forever, top notch on and off ice officials, and memories to last a lifetime.
