A pub crawl is an event where participants visit multiple pubs or taverns in a designated area, usually within walking distance, to socialize and enjoy drinks and food specials. BarCrawlLIVE.com only host bar crawls with top-rated nightclubs and bars.

What if I can't make registration/check-in before the start of the crawl?

Accepted Answer

If you can't make it, have a friend check your ticket(s) in and they will have your wristband(s) when you arrive. No exceptions if you're late and miss check-in.

Is there an option for early registration/check-in to pick up my wristbands?

Accepted Answer

If we decide to have an early registration/check-in, we will let ticket holders know via email the week of the crawl. Stay tuned!

How do I know I purchased a legit ticket to the correct Bar Crawl

Accepted Answer

Be careful, there are a lot of scammers out there and you shouldn't buy tickets from people you don't know! If you received an email from us, your ticket is valid. Tickets are available through BarCrawlLIVE.com and fulfilled by Eventbrite.

What is a Digital Bar List and how do I receive the link to the page?

The week before the crawl, you'll get an exclusive link to the Digital Bar List. This is where the magic happens and your passport to all the fun: check-in info, location(s) for wristband collection, the inside scoop on each bar's party hours, the bar spaishl and all the juicy event details.

Do we have to follow the Digital Bar List?

Accepted Answer

Yes, cover free entry is only during the bars participating hours found on the Digital Bar List. Also, the specials that they are offer are only available during those specific hours as well.

Do the tickets I bought for my friends need to have their names on them?

Accepted Answer

Nope! The number of tickets you have equals the number of wristbands you'll get at check-in.

What should I wear to a bar crawl?

Accepted Answer

We highly recommend dressing the theme, but it's 100% optional!

Is there an age limit for pub crawls or bar crawls?

Accepted Answer

Yes, 21+ only. Bring your ID!

What should I bring to the bar crawl?

Accepted Answer

Bring your phone, your ID, some cash, and your credit card. You can bring your keys but make sure you get a ride home :) Drink responsibly!

Can I check in and get wristbands for my friend with their ticket?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can! Just have your friend send you their digital ticket, and you can pick up their wristband. But remember, we can't replace lost wristbands!

Will their be long lines to get in?

Accepted Answer

There could be lines during registration... to avoid it, arrive early or send 1 person to pick up everyone's wristbands. Also, if the popular spots have longer waits to get in that means they are at capacity.  Go to the next bar found on the Digital Bar List as they most likely have shorter lines.

Do I need to bring my ID, and does my ticket have to be in physical form?

Accepted Answer

You must bring your ID, but your ticket can be digital. We will scan it straight from your phone. Either show your ticket that you received in your email or your ticket in the Eventbrite app.
