Cal OER will focus on (OER) efforts and impact, broadly defined, across the state of California and especially across the state’s three public higher education systems, the California Community Colleges, California State University, and University of California. Cal OER 2024’s theme, "Responsive Pedagogy: Extending Local Innovation to Advance Global Impact," underscores the importance of tailoring educational resources to meet the unique needs of diverse local communities while fostering a collaborative spirit that transcends borders.
