Is the Jr. Fire Camp for you?
If you have ever thought of serving your community this may be the place for you.
Are you interested in learning what it is like to be a firefighter or emergency responder?
We are excited to announce this years Junior Firefighter Camp. The activities at this years camp will exceed any we have done in the past.
In addition to teaching teamwork and learning what it takes to become a firefighter you will be submerged into the life of Fire and EMS service.
This years camp promises to be bigger and better than ever before. We are only accepting 50 students. This camp will fill up.
Camp is open to students from anywhere.
Students must be between 12-18.
Students must be capable of strenuous physical activity
Parents are responsible for getting children to and from camp.
Students will follow all Blount County BOE policies and procedures including technology use guidelines, as outlined in the current parent / student handbook and the current student code of conduct.
Students will follow the directions of Academy Directors and Staff at all times.
Students are NOT allowed to leave the camp early without expressed permission from the camp director.
