Let's make the effort to CELEBRATE FAMILY. As we get older, we should take the time to reflect on the years that have come and gone and look forward to those that are yet to come. We have some of our younger family members who will never know what it was to grow up in such a close family. A family whereas we all looked out for each other. Our parents worked hard to keep us together and now many are gone. Let's put family first. Forget the issues, arguing and minor complaints. Remember the love we share and remember the love our parents had for one another. Show the younger generation what it means to be a member of this family!

Are children allowed to attend the evening event on Friday August 9th, 2024?

Sorry. But this is an adult only event. All attendees must be age 21 and over with proper ID due to the fact that Alcohol will be available.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. Refunds are availabe up until 30 days prior to the event. This is July 9th, 2023.

Why do I have to pay to attend my family reunion?

Because food or event venues are not free! The cost of the ticket covers the event venue, food, entertainment, decorations and a 5-hour open bar.

Can I bring guests?

Of course! You can purchase a ticket for your family and/or friends. We are happy to have guest be a part of our family reunion.

What is the attire for the evening event on August 9th?

The attire is GROWN AND SEXY. This is an opportunity to dress up and enjoy and evening of cocktails with your family and guests. No jeans or inappropriate attire. Let's keep it classy.

What type of Food will be served for the Dinner?

A complete menu can be found on the event website. Appetizers will be served along with a full four course meal. Chicken, Seafood, Beef and a vegetarian option are available. A buffet of desserts and other items are available. A variety of wines and beverages are available.

What type of Food will be served for the BBQ?

The BBQ events at Birch Hill are historical known for their outdoor BBQ. An array of meats and sides typically found at a Barbecue will be available.

Why do I have to pay for my child?

Again, children eat and food is not free. Sorry! I don't make the rules.

What type of music will be played?

Oldies but Goodies, R&B and family friendly music will be played at both events.
