About this event

Here is everything that you need to know if your organization would like to nominate a member(s) for Royalty:

  • Each organization can only nominate ONE King and ONE Queen Candidate.
  • One candidate (King or Queen) entry costs $35. If your organization enters both a King and Queen candidate, it’s only $60.
  • Nominations are due Friday, September 20 by 11:59 p.m.
  • Online voting will take place October 2-5
  • Top 10 King & Top 10 Queen Candidates will be announced Monday, October 7
  • Top 10 King & Queen Candidates will be required to attend the Royalty & Judges Reception where each candidate will be interviewed. This will take place the week of October 14 – specific day and time to be announced at a later date.
  • Top 5 King & Top 5 Queen Candidates will be announced at Air Jam during Homecoming week. Homecoming is Saturday, October 26.
