Why do I have to register?

We apologize for the minor inconvenience. We need to track our data and will use this data to improve current and future experience.

Where do I park?

Please park across at the parking structure from UCI Student Center. There will be a parking fee. Please do NOT park at the University Plaza Center (shopping center). That is private property and not part of UCI. Your car may be ticketed and/or towed.

Where do I check in when I arrive?

Please go to the Student Center building and follow signs to the Pacific Ballroom. The check-in desk is located at the front entrance of the Pacific Ballroom. Remember, you must sign in/out to receive CE units.

What if I need to cancel?

Please log-in to this site and cancel your registration. We will be notified immediately. Your space will be given to the next available person on our wait-list.

What about lunch?

A complimentary lunch (with meat and vegetarian dishes options) will be provided to registered attendees. We will also have coffee, tea , and light refreshments in the morning and at breaks.
