“香港殘奧日”早於2016年及2018年舉行，分別為里約2016殘奧運及印尼2018亞殘運倒數100天的大眾盛事。 “香港殘奧日”於2022年10月再度歸來，吸引超過2,600位觀眾入場，成為香港最大型及受歡迎的殘疾運動盛事。有見及此，為讓更多大眾試玩殘疾運動， “香港殘奧日”將一年一度舉辦，今年更以杭州2022亞殘運倒數100天為題，為觀眾帶來各式各樣的殘疾運動試玩及精彩節目。 The Hong Kong Paralympic Day (HKPD), previously held in 2016 and 2018, commemorated the countdown of 100 days to the Rio 2016 Paralympic Games and the Indonesia 2018 Asian Para Games respectively, serving as a popular event for the public. Returning in October 2022, the HKPD attracted over 2,600 attendees, establishing itself as the largest and most popular Para sports event in Hong Kong. In light of this success and to encourage more participation, the HKPD will now be an annual fixture. This year, themed around the countdown of 100 days to the Hangzhou 2022 Asian Para Games, it promises an array of exciting Para sports trials and captivating programs.日期: 2023年7月23日 (星期日)Date: 23th July 2023 (Sunday)時間: 上午10時至下午6時Time: 10:00 am to 6:00 pm地點: 香港體育學院 (香港新界沙田源禾路25號)Venue: Hong Kong Sports Institute (25 Yuen Wo Road, Sha Tin, New Territories, Hong Kong)時段: 時段 (1): 上午10時至下午1時時段 (2): 下午1時至3時時段 (3): 下午3時至6時Session:Session (1): 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.Session (2): 1 p.m. to 3 p.m.Session (3): 3 p.m. to 6 p.m.活動包括 Program includes:•	開幕典禮 Opening Ceremony•	運動項目示範及試玩 （田徑、三項鐵人、羽毛球、冰壺、硬地滾球、馬術、柔道、草地滾球、賽艇、帆船、射擊、乒乓球、保齡球、輪椅劍擊網球及輪椅舞蹈）Demonstrations and trials of various Para sports (Para Athletics, Triathlon, Para Badminton, Wheelchair Curling, Boccia, Para Equestrian, Judo, Para Lawn Bowls, Para Rowing, Para Sailing, Shooting Para Sport, Para Table Tennis, Bowling, Wheelchair Fencing, Wheelchair Tennis and Wheelchair Dancing)•	展覽 Exhibition•	運動員分享 Athlete sharing sessions• 殘疾運動表演 Para sports performances參加者參與指定的活動項目後可換領紀念品，換領方法將於活動當日公佈。紀念品數量有限，先到先得，換完即止。Participants can redeem souvenirs after participating in designated activities. The redemption method will be announced on the day of the event. The number of souvenirs is limited and first come, first served.(活動內容如有更改，恕不另行通知)(The content of the event is subject to change without prior notice)

交通指引 Transportation:1) 乘坐港鐵東鐵綫於火炭站下車，從 A 出口按指示牌步行至火炭鐵路大樓旁的有蓋行人天橋，便可通往體院正門（步行約需 5 分鐘）。 
Take the MTR East Rail Line to the Fo Tan station, then take Exit A and follow the sign to the covered footbridge (next to the Fo Tan Railway House) which will lead to the HKSI Main Entrance (about 5 minutes' walk).

2) 大會提供免費穿梭復康巴士來往港鐵大圍站 (殘疾人士優先使用)
於港鐵大圍站B出口(公共運輸交匯處)開出：上午9時半至下午5時半 (每15分鐘一班)
* 開出時間將視乎路面交通情況而或有更改，恕不另行通知

2) The organizer will provide free shuttle buses to and from MTR Tai Wai Station (Priority for people with disabilities)
From MTR Tai Wai Station Exit B (Public Transport Interchange): 9:30am to 5:30pm (Every 15 minutes)
* Departure time is subject to change without prior notice depending on road traffic conditions

<aside>活動條款及細則 Event Terms and Conditions: </aside><aside>本人同意「香港殘奧日2023」活動條款及細則 I agree to the "Hong Kong Paralympic Day 2023" campaign terms and conditions : *</aside><aside>1. 參加者參與此活動即被視為明白並願意遵守所有條款及細則。本會有權隨時更改條款及細則而毋須另行通知，而該改動亦會適用於新或現有的參加者。</aside><aside>Participants are deemed to understand and agree to abide by all terms and conditions by participating in this activity. The Association reserves the right to change the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice, and the changes will also apply to new or existing participants.</aside><aside>2. 參加者於參加活動時須遵守政府所訂立之所有2019冠狀病毒病最新的防疫措施。</aside><aside>Participants must abide by all the latest epidemic prevention measures against COVID-19 established by the government when participating in the event.</aside><aside>3. 本會將於參觀活動期間進行拍攝及錄影，有關之拍攝相片及錄影片段或會作日後推廣及宣傳之用。</aside><aside>The Association will conduct filming and video recording during the visit, and the relevant photos and video clips may be used for future promotion and publicity.</aside><aside>4. 本會有權保留參加者所填寫之個人資料作日後市場推廣之用途。</aside><aside>The Association has the right to retain the personal information filled in by the participants for future marketing purposes.</aside><aside>5. 活動名額有限，先到先得，額滿即止。</aside><aside>The activity quota is limited, first-come, first-served.</aside><aside>6. 活動禮品數量有限，送完即止。而所獲贈之禮品恕不兌換作現金或換成其他禮品之用，並不設退換。</aside><aside>The number of event gifts is limited. The gifts received cannot be exchanged for cash or exchanged for other gifts, and no refunds or exchanges are allowed.</aside><aside>7. 凡由活動或任何與此有關或連帶的目的所引起或引致對參加支或其財產造成的任何損毀、損傷或損失，本會均毋須負起任何索償、費用、毀壞及開支的責任。</aside><aside>The Association shall not be liable for any claims, costs, damages and expenses for any damage, injury or loss to the participants or their property arising out of or arising out of the event or any purpose related or connected thereto.</aside><aside>8. 本會保留修改活動內容的權利。如有任何爭議，本會保留最終決定權，參加者不得異議。</aside><aside>The Association reserves the right to modify the content of the event.
