What's the refund policy?
Tickets are not refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another guest if you are not able to attend.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
Either printed tickets or mobile tickets will be accepted and scanned at the door.
How do I manage distributing group tickets?
The purchaser of group tickets is responsible for distributing an individual ticket to each attendee of choice. We recommend printing group tickets so that each individual is given a ticket with a unique QR code.
If I submitted a project to the Honor Awards, do I get to attend or free?
Yes! Submitters receive ONE (1) free ticket per project submission to distribute to whomever they choose. Submitters receive their promo code shortly after submissions close.
What does my ticket include?
Come early (starting at 5:30pm!) to take full advantage of your ticket to the 2023 Honor Awards, which includes refreshments, small bites, photo booth, and live set by KEXP DJ Mike Ramos in the Forum before the show begins at 7:00pm. We can't wait to celebrate with you!
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Visit: Town Hall Location, Directions, Parkingand Plan Your Visit. Please enter using either the Forum entrance located off Seneca St or the Lobby entrance located on 8th Avenue
Town Hall Seattle’s recent historic landmark renovations have prioritized accessibility. There is an at-grade entrance on 8th avenue with access to the Lobby. Restrooms are available for all genders and bodies, including ADA-accessible restrooms on the Lobby level. There is elevator access on all floors. Wheelchair and companion seats are available throughout the performance space. A new hearing loop system has been installed, and there is braille on permanent room signage.

What is the COVID-19 policy/ guidelines for the event?
At this time, AIA Seattle strongly encourages masking to demonstrate community care.
How do I access the event virtually if I am a livestream ticket-holder?
"Livestream Only" ticket-holders will receive a unique livestream link in their order confirmation email directly from Eventbrite. Live streaming of the program will begin at 7pm PST on Monday, November 6.
