2023 Goal Setting Workshop

Find the clarity you need going into a new year to set some big goals and make things happen.

Maybe right now, you feel unsure. You’ve got a lot of exciting ideas and things that you ~want~, but aren’t sure how to get there and being clear about your intentions feels really overwhelming. Hey, we’ve all been there. But here’s the deal: Setting goals is a cornerstone to effective change. When you have goals, you have clarity and a sense of broader purpose. Goals help guide you in your day-to-day, and they also increase your likelihood for success. In this interactive, intimate workshop, we clear the hurdles in our path to personal growth, career development, and broader happiness. This 2-hour session is broken up into two parts with a :15-minute reflection break. Attendees MUST be able to attend live. All attendees will also gain access to a special Hurdler slack group, where you can continue discussions, stay accountable, and bounce plans off one-another. Lastly, the ticket price includes a donation to Girls On the Run.PART I: WHAT DO YOU WANT?<ul><li>Icebreakers</li><li>Walk you through what my process looks like</li><li>Define and identify values</li><li>Execute a series of goal setting exercises to help better articulate what you want </li><li>Differentiate between short-term and long-term priorities</li></ul>PART II: EXECUTION<ul><li>Address hurdles that may pop up</li><li>Dissect mindset shifts, growth versus fixed</li><li>Talk through an action plan</li><li>Walk away with a road map for at least three goals and strategies to use to better set goals in the future</li></ul>All attendees will receive PDFs of materials as well as a recording of the session.
