The perfect time to check off "Clean the Garage" from your 2023 to do list. Register for the annual Talega garage sale to be a participant. TLC will provide the marketing in the OC Register, Craigslist, and www.garagesalefinder.com to bring the customers to you.
- No individual signs will be provided, or directional signs placed within the community by the HOA Talega Maintenance Corp.
- Homeowners may post their own signs we just ask that you please be sure to remove them immediately after the event is over to keep our community clean.
- Homeowners just place the items for sale on your own personal property such as the driveway, or garage and set your own prices.
- A map will be posted on the homepage of Talegatoday.com community website with all participating registered streets. (No individual addresses will be provided) The map will be posted starting Monday, April 17th.
- There will be No Salvation Army or similar vendor available for donations.
If you should need to cancel your participation, please send an e-mail to Marcy.Maulorico@fsresidential.com with your cancellation that includes your name and Talega address. All e-mails will receive a response. Even though this is a free event the cancellation policy is still in effect. If cancellation is received after the 14th by 12pm the map posted may still reflect your street.
