Are drinks, food, alcohol, and pet allowed？

Accepted Answer

No, according to the policy of the Santa Clara Convention Center, outside food, drinks, alcohol, and pets are strictly prohibited. However, you are allowed to bring a bottled water.

Is there an age limit?

Accepted Answer

There is no age limit for the event. All audiences, including children under 3 years old, need o bring tickes to particiapte in the event.

Do you charge a service fee for the event?

Accepted Answer

Yes, eventbrite charges 3.7% + $1.79 as service fee. Fees are non refundable.

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Tickets are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to somone else through Eventbrite. Please note that we are not responsible for any issues of the transfer.

Where to park?

Accepted Answer

Please park on the top floor of the parking garage located behind the SCCC. From there, you can take a short walk across the bridge that leads directly into the second floor of the SCCC. You'll find the theater conveniently located down the hall, close to the escalators.
