2023 4-H Leaders Retreat - Boulder County 4-H Organizational Leaders

Ignite the Spark with 4-H Leadership:   You are invited on Saturday, Feb 11 for a full day leader retreat at the Boulder County Parks and Open Space building on Saint Vrain Road. Up to two leaders are welcome from each club. We highly encourage that the club organizational leader be one of the two.

Training will focus on 4-H Leadership skills you will need to be a productive 4-H leader and providing positive youth development. How does 4-H light your spark to be creative, dedicated leaders in our community? What is the little spark that helps you grow and thrive in our program? How does that spark help youth be engaged in 4-H? We all know those sparks are out there and appreciate all you do to make 4-H grow in our community. We hope to share more sparks and inspire each other at our all day retreat.

Here are a few topics in the works for the day: Program updates, News you can use, Cool tools, Sharing the task, Club meetings, Risky business, Money matters, and much more! If you have an idea you would like discussed, let us know as soon as you can!

Sharing among attendees and other 4-H leaders are always the biggest valued experiences of the day. Attendees will also walk away with the latest county and state updates, more activities to share with your club, and as always 4-H merchandise and Door Prizes! 

Please RSVP by February 3rd and indicate if another leader will be joining you and if there are any dietary restrictions.

OPTIONAL: Join us for a casual dinner at Pinocchio's at 6:00PM

Join us at Pinocchio's for a casual dinner to share among 4-H staff, leaders and your guests. Dinner for 4-H leader retreat attendees will be paid for, but any guest will be $20. We invite you to bring your spouse's or a guest to share in the evening.
