Turtle Walks are an amazing way to experience nature at its most primitive. Participants have the chance to view the egg-laying process of a loggerhead sea turtle while learning about their conservation. While the group enjoys an informative lecture about sea turtles, trained biologists will patrol the beach in search of the turtle.

Programs begin promptly at 9pm and can go until we spot a turtle laying her eggs. If a turtle is not spotted by 11pm, we call it a night. There is no guarantee that a sea turtle will be seen by the group.

Things you should know before you register:

You may only reserve up to 6 tickets
Children under 5 are not permitted.
Guests must be able to walk up to a mile on the beach.
Program occurs rain or shine. Participants should expect that the program is being offered regardless of weather unless they have received a call prior to the program.
You must receive an email confirmation to be registered.
No flashlights, flash photography or cell phone photos are permitted on the beach.
Please look at the number of tickets available for each night. Please do not register part of your group in hopes that more will be available upon request.
You will receive an email confirmation with detailed directions and what to expect for the evening. If you do not receive this email, please let us know right away as you may not be registered.

Before contacting us, please note that we cannot accommodate the following:

Additional tickets when all the tickets are reserved for an evening (we are limited by our state permit).
Group reservations for parties larger than 6.
Blocking off an entire night for a special group.
A waiting list. The program fills up quickly and we cannot offer a waiting list.
