An intention-setting workshop for you to reflect on the past year and set intentions for the new one

Event Description: Let’s take some time to reflect on 2021 so that we can head into 2022 with renewed clarity. This two-hour workshop will be a low-key but structured opportunity for you to revisit all that happened last year, release what you want to let go of, and decide what you'd like to bring with you into this new cycle around the sun.This workshop will be guided by two experienced facilitators (Abby VanMuijen and Morgan Evans.) Alongside a community of other thoughtful humans, you will unearth the gems you didn't know you learned over the past 12 months and get clear on some intentions to guide you as you approach the next 12. You’ll receive an original and custom designed worksheet that will guide you through a process of articulating your intentions and creating actionable rituals to support you moving into the New Year with resolve and purpose.Who is this for: Anyone and everyone who is looking for some structure and support around making sense of the close of the calendar year.Things to bring: Bring your calendar, notebook, journal or whatever source material you may need to help yourself go back in time and review what happened for you in 2021. About the Facilitators: <ul><li>Abby VanMuiijen (they/them) is a graphic recorder, artist, illustrator, and creative consultant currently practicing on Ohlone Land (Berkeley, CA.) Abby specializes in illustrating complex, systems-level content and strives to make work that is hand-made, rooted in deep study and in service of social justice movements. With a Masters in Organizational Change Management, she is a certified mediator and an experienced facilitator with a solid track-record of providing valuable resources for first time small business owners in creative fields, as well as for nonprofits, tech companies and federal government agencies.
