Event description
Our player develop program to aide passionate athletes that want to improve skills.

About this event

Our program will focus on the needs of each athlete and design a workout to improve their skill set.

The areas of emphasis will include proper shooting form, game intensity shooting, basic fundamentals, ball handling, developing a go to move and counter move, position play, and offensive and defensive concepts.

Beginner to advanced athletes are welcome to enroll in our training program. We offer group and individual training sessions. Athletes from 9-18 years old are welcome.

We train mostly out of The District Sports Center in Alexandria, VA. We also do training sessions in Upper Marlboro, MD and Sterling, VA.

Each training session will last 45 minutes. Training packages include four workouts.

Get professional training from a coach that has over twenty years of experience, who has won a national championship, coached over twenty division one athletes and current NBA players.
