The Calvary Challenge - Run the Race is entering its 8th year as a community event. This year, for you avid runners, we will time your run on our 5K - USATF Certi?fied course (TX18105LAB), effective November 3, 2018 to December 31, 2028. Our goal is to raise funds to benefit our students and to plan for the future. As a nonprofit school, we do not receive state funds, so we rely solely on fundraising to make capital improvements and expansions. Proceeds from Calvary Challenge Run the Race will go towards capital improvements, expansion, classroom updates- to better our students learning environment so they may grow in knowledge for their future. With a donation of 5 cans of food, you will receive a $5 discount off your registration fee. Cans will be collected at the time of packet pickup and donated to Vision Ministries who is committed to provide food for those in need in the Denton community. https://dentonbible.org/outreach/vision-ministries/

We anticipate the 2019 Calvary Challenge to be a grand family event and we hope you will join Denton Calvary Academy (DCA) to nurture our students with a heart to improve the lives of others through a life-long love of learning, discovery and service. Since June 2018, our high school students have donated over 4,500 hours of community service in and around the Denton area during the 2018-2019 school year.

Our event will be held at South Lakes Park, 556 Hobson Lane, in Denton on Friday, April 5, 2019. On site registration begins at 5:00 PM and the fun begins at 6:30PM. Shirts for registrations after March 22, 2019 are first come first serve.
