2018 TVC Summit

Tennessee Valley Corridor

The Tennessee Valley Corridor will convene its 23rd annual National Summit at the CNS Y-12 New Hope Center, May 29-31, 2018, in cooperation with Rep. Chuck Fleischmann of Tennessee. The theme of the Summit will be: The TVC: Connecting People, Ideas &amp; Opportunities. Session topics will include:

<LI>Advanced Manufacturing – Cars to Spacecraft – Building the Future</LI>
<LI>America’s National Security – TVC Leadership Making a Global Impact</LI>
<LI>Meeting the Cyber Security Challenge – Strategies for Winning our Newest War </LI>
<LI>The 21st Century Workforce – New Models for Life-Long Learning</LI>
</UL>
The inaugural Summit was held in Oak Ridge in 1995 and returns to the Secret City as part of the city’s 75th Anniversary. Other milestones to be recognized will include the 85th Anniversary of TVA and the 50th Anniversary of the NASA Apollo 8 mission.
