Transition Bootcamp is a one-day conference for parents/caregivers, youth with disabilities, educators and other professionals interested in transition preparation from high school to adult life. It is followed up with multiple in-depth sessions on transition topics throughout the year.  
The Transition Bootcamp conference and vendor fair helps families and educators better prepare for the many transitions that youth experience when moving from school to community work and life. Our planning committee consists of staff from many community agencies, county boards of DD Services, Cincinnati Children's Hospital and the University of Cincinnati Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCCEDD).

What are the methods of payment for this event? Please note: This is a pre-paid event. 
1. Credit Card (simplest method), through the event registration system. 2. Check (please make payable to CCHMC/DDBP, Mail to 3430 Burnet Ave. Cincinnati, Oh 45229, Attn: Jennifer Walsh). 3. Invoice. Once your registration is complete, we will send you an invoice. 4. Purchase Order. What does parking look like for this event?
Parking is free at the Sharonville Convention Center. The conference will be held in the Exhibit Halls. Please enter through Entrance A.
