Our agency was established in 2013 based in Santa Clara and engaged in multiple development projects in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the U.S.A. We specialize in residential and commercial real estate development and management. We incorporate the philosophy of environmentally friendly development, including such philosophy into our planning, design, construction process.

河北硅谷创新中心将于2018年7月24日在Santa Clara Convention Center Meeting Room 209 与河北省石家庄市政府联合举办河北省石家庄市政府2018硅谷推介会，旨在宣传石家庄市，吸引更多海外人才，促进位于硅谷的项目公司与石家庄市政府建立合作关系。感谢大家一直以来对河北硅谷创新中心的关心与支持，欢迎大家参与我们的活动。
河北省石家庄市简介
石家庄市是河北省省会，全省政治、经济、科技、金融、文化中心，随着京津冀（河北）协同发展战略的实施、雄安新区的设立，石家庄市迎来了千载难逢的发展机遇。石家庄市下辖8个区、11个县，2个县级市和1个国家级高新技术产业开发区。总面积1.58万平方公里，常住人口1016.37万人。石家庄市具有独特的区位优势，地处京畿重地，北承京津，南接中原，东临渤海，西倚太行，是最年轻的省会城市和京津冀都市圈重要中心城市之一。随着高铁时代的到来，形成了与北京、天津、济南、郑州、太原等城市的“一小时交通圈”。近年来，在石家庄着力开拓创新，增强科技创新能力，形成了以生物医药、装备制造、循环化工、纺织服装、电子信息为主，门类比较齐全的综合工业体系。综合实力显著增强，生态环境明显改善。
本次推介会上，石家庄市市长邓沛然一行政府代表团将为河北省未来的创新科技和引进项目以及人才战略揭开跨越性的序幕。

 On July 24, Hebei Silicon Valley Innovation Park is hosting the 2018 Promotion Conference of Hebei Shijiazhuang and Silicon Valley at Santa Clara Convention Center to promote Shijiazhuang, attract more talents and achieve a stronger collaboration and corporation between Hebei Shijiazhuang and the Innovators of Silicon Valley.  We appreciate the continuous interests and support of yours to the Hebei Silicon Valley Innovation Park.  Hereby, it’s our honor to invite each one of you to join us on this exciting day.
 
Shijiazhuang is the capital of Hebei Province. It’s the center of Politics, Economy, Finance, and culture of Hebei Province. The city has ushered in a rare opportunity for development because of the coordinated implementation of development strategies of Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei (Hebei), and the establishment of Xiong’ a New District. Shijiazhuang City has 8 districts, 11 counties, 2 county-level cities and 1 national high-tech industrial development zone with a total area is 15,800 square kilometers and a residential population of 10.163 million.
Shijiazhuang has some unique geographical advantages. It is located in the center of Beijing and Tianjin, with Beijing and Tianjin in the north, Central Plains in the south, Bohai in the east and Taihang in the west. It is one of the youngest provincial capitals and one of the important central cities of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei metropolitan area. With the era of high-speed railways, it has helped to achieve the “one-hour traffic circle” with Beijing, Tianjin, Jinan, Zhengzhou, Taiyuan and more.
Recently, Shijiazhuang has been striving to innovate and enhance its ability to in science and technology, which has led to a comprehensive industrial system with biomedicine, equipment manufacturing, recycling chemicals, textiles and clothing, and electronic information. The comprehensive strength enhancement has the significant impact on improving ecological environment.

As a cooperative enterprise of the American-Asian Economic Association and Hebei Silicon Valley Innovation Park is leading the landing and settlement of technologies, capital, talents, and innovative business models from Silicon Valley in China. Hebei Silicon Valley Innovation Park is an incubator-operated organization located in both China and the U.S. It's a large-scale international innovative platform established on the advanced concept of TIS 5.0 to implement the "two - way acceleration, two-way interaction, and two-way landing".
