Ogasawara-Chun, MD, is an ob-gyn physician and serves as Chief of Koolau Medical Office for the Hawaii Permanente Medical Group. Dr. Ogasawara-Chun is board certified in obstetrics and gynecology, is a fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists, and belongs to the American Association of Gynecologic Laparoscopists and the Christian Medical and Dental Society. She’s a member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society and has been recognized on two peer-nominated lists: Best Doctors in America® and America’s Top Doctors®.

Kim manages a team of pharmacists and technicians who specialize in primary care, geriatrics, pain management, Nephrology, Hepatitis B and HIV and new member onboarding. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Drake University and completed her post-graduate residency in Ambulatory Care Pharmacy at Kaiser Permanente Hawaii. In her free time, she enjoys spending quality time with her family and traveling the world and trying new foods.

Daryl H. Kurozawa, MD, FACS, is a general surgeon and serves as Executive Vice President of Products and Sales & Marketing for the Permanente Federation, and Associate Medical Director of Sales & Marketing, Service Delivery Planning, and Community Benefit for the Hawaii Permanente Medical Group. Dr. Kurozawa is board certified in surgery and is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons. A member of the Pacific Coast Surgical Association and the American Society of Breast Surgeons, Dr. Kurozawa is also the Co-Director of the West Hawaii Cancer Symposium. He is a past president and an Honorary Life Member of the Board of Directors of the American Cancer Society Hawaii Pacific. Active in his hometown, Dr. Kurozawa is also a member of the Onizuka Memorial Committee and a recipient of the 2017 David Lawrence Community Service Award.
