In this ecosystem, these young leaders are not the seeds, but the cultivators of change. By enlisting the leading lights of our civic, business and innovation communities, the Germination Project catalyzes and energizes an elite cadre of ambitious young men and women, brought together by their talent, drive and commitment to putting their gifts into service for the beneﬁt of our society at large.Who| The FellowshipFellows are selected upon completion of a rigorous application and interview process designed to identify the most driven 10th graders with proven intellectual curiosity, elastic imaginations, a budding passion for service and learning, exceptional academic records and other unique and meaningful talents.
