<DIV><SPAN STYLE="font-size: small;">（一）男女混合接力赛</SPAN></DIV>
<OL>

<DIV><SPAN STYLE="font-size: small;">每队四人，至少有一名女队员，最多一名5k race time在23分内的选手</SPAN></DIV>

<LI>
<DIV><SPAN STYLE="font-size: small;">比赛分为四棒。第一, 四棒每棒绕公园外围混凝土路面两圈（2.2迈）,  第二，三棒每棒一圈（1.1迈），总距离约7迈。</SPAN></DIV>

<DIV><SPAN STYLE="font-size: small;">每队须有一名领队</SPAN></DIV>
</LI>

<DIV><SPAN STYLE="font-size: small;">（二）儿童半英里欢乐跑（Kids Run-1/2 mile）</SPAN></DIV>
