How do I get my tickets?
Once you complete your ticket order, an email is sent to you almost immediately with a pdf attachment. Simply print out the pdf and bring it with you. Tickets are not mailed via postal service.
Now that I have my tickets, what do I do?
Your ticket must be exchanged for an event ticket when you arrive. We will scan your ticket to make sure it is valid and then simply exchange it for whichever admission ticket you brought.
I bought a Limited Access Pit Pass. Where do I get my actual pass?
Whne you buy a "Limited Access Pit Pass" in addition to an admission ticket, they will be separate pages in your email attachment. You will retain the limited access pit pass when you go through the general admission gate. Bring it to the Event Center on Saturday morning and we will hook you up with your pit entrance pass. While the pits do not open until 9:00am, we start giving out the passes at 7:30am.
We bought a Saturday only ticket but now want to come for Friday-Saturday. What do we do?That's actually an easy one. Just bring the tickets you bought with you. You will simply owe the difference between the price of the ticket you bought (not including ticket fees) and the price of the ticket when you arrive.
Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?
You must either bring the printed ticket or have access to the pdf on your smartphone.
What is the refund policy?
All ticket sales are final and tickets are non-refundable.
What happens if it rains?
The racing gets that much more fun and interesting! We do not rain out. The worst that can happen is a severe weather delay. In the event of severe weather in the area, racing is stopped and delayed until it passes. Then we go back to racing. These are professional athletes in a professional outdoor sport and as such they have to be prepared for all weather conditions, including rain and the muddy track conditions it brings. You can prepare too...feel free to bring a large golf size umbrella, wear comfortable boots or older closed toe shoes, throw in a rain coat or ez-up. Most of our long time fans remember the muddy races as being the most fun!
The name on the registration/ticket doesn't match the attendee. Is that okay?
That's fine. We know plans change!!
Are there ID requirements or an age limit to enter the event?
The event is open to all ages. Entrance into the pits, however, requires that those under 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. All minor amateur racers must also be accompanied by a parent in order to race or need to contact us in advance to learn about alternate entry options.
What can/can't I bring to the event?
While you are welcome to bring a cooler, we do not allow glass bottles/containers of any kind or alcohol to be brought trackside. NO PETS are allowed on Pro National day unless it is an ADA service dog and marked as such. Blankets and lawn chairs are fine but don't bog yourself down as you will want to be able to move around. Cameras are allowed for personal use. No remote controlled aircraft of any type, including drones are allowed. Motorized wheelchairs are fine but golf carts, mules, or other pit vehicles need to be left home. Please see our website for a complete listing of prohibited items.
Do you have a handicapped viewing area?
Yes, there is a deck off the front of the bleachers for wheelchairs. You may have one guest with you on the deck.
What time do the gates open?
Gates open to spectators at 7am on Friday; 6am on Saturday; and 7am on Sunday.
Do you charge for parking on Saturday?
Not at this time
Do you have an ATM on-site?
Where can I contact the organizer with any questions?
email firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone 607/965-8450. On Pro National weekend, beginning August 10th, we have restricted access to email.
