2017 Transition Bootcamp

<IMG ALT="" SRC="https://cdn.evbuc.com/eventlogos/84943363/transitionbootcamp.jpg" HEIGHT="740" WIDTH="568">Transition Bootcamp is a one-day conference for parents/caregivers, youth with disabilities, educators and other professionals interested in transition preparation from high school to adult life.  it is followed up with multiple in-depth sessions on transition topics throughout the year.  
The Transition Bootcamp conference and vendor fair helps families and educators better prepare for the many transitions that youth experience when moving from school to community work and life.  Our planning committee consists of staff from many community agencies, county boards of DD Services, Cincinnati Children's Hospital and the University of Cincinnati Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities (UCCEDD).
