Industry & Business: Morning Session

While welcome to stay all day, the morning agenda is geared specifically towards employers looking to fill both their immediate and future needs for workers. Outcomes of the morning session will be

a deeper understanding of how to recruit and grow internal talent from the millennial and Z generations,
exposure to successful business engagement at the K-12, postsecondary, and adult/incumbent levels,
and a draft of a plan to connect with your local workforce development system.

Other Education-Workforce Participants: Morning & Afternoon Sessions

Other participants such as economic development, education administration, career and technical education, adult education, postsecondary advisors, and school counselors should attend the full day. Focuses of the afternoon session will be

developmentally appropriate career counseling K-16,
engaging community, industry, and education partners across systems,
and leveraging business and industry engagement in the core classrooms.

A light breakfast and full lunch will be served.

*Day 2, June 27th, will feature a deeper dive for education-workforce teams prepared to launch local pathways. This second day is invitation only so when registering, please select yes on the registration page if you are interested in receiving more information about attending on June 27th.
