Schedule of events*:
5:30pm-6pm: Socialize, enjoy light appetizers
6pm-7:30pm (end times may vary): 5-minute presentations by each community, followed by a brief introduction from medical students in attendance.
7:30pm-8:30pm: Communities and students can connect individually and engage in a longer conversation back at the booths while enjoying light appetizers.
Spouses, partners, or significant others of the medical students will also be invited to attend.
*Minot event is 6pm-9pm, so adjust schedule 30 minutes later!
For planning purposes, it is essential that we know the number of attendees ahead of time. Space per event is limited to 12 communities (limit 1 booth per community). Register today to save your spot! Registrations are due 3 weeks ahead of event date. Communities may attend events on any or all of the campuses as long as space allows.
If you are registering for all 4 events, please contact the organizers to receive a special rebate.
Note: this is a separate event from the Community Meet and Greet, also organized by the Center for Rural Health.
