The Puget Sound Conservation Districts have partnered with Washington State Department of Agriculture and the Washington State Dairy Federation to bring you three opportunities to attend the annual Manure Nutrient Management Training Events. King Conservation District and American Farmland Trust - Pacific Northwest are co-hosting the Wednesday, February 1 training at the Green River College - Enumclaw Campus.
The training is appropriate for all manure users including including dairies, custom pumpers, equestrian facilities, horse & livestock owners, berry & other crop producers, and consultants/salesmen who assist them. By knowing the current rules, regulations, tools, and methods available, you can be sure to avoid issues and maximize the use of your manure. WSDA will also be acknowledging participation in the event by issuing “Certificates of Completion” for all attendees.
