Conference Fee and Important Dates

The conference fee includes all meals mentioned above. The early registration fee of $1,700 is available until July 28. Thereafter, the registration fee is $1,900. Attendees who register before July 28 will receive the certificate of designation in person on the second day of the conference. Those who register after July 28 will receive their certificates via mail in the weeks following the conference.

Guests are welcome to attend dinner on Wednesday, September 27 for a fee of $325. Please select the guest registration option and enter all guest details.

Conference Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will only be issued for registration cancellations made by July 28. Thereafter, partial refunds of $850 will be issued until September 1. No refunds will be issued after September 1.

Make Your Hotel Reservation

CIRE has reserved a number of rooms at a group rate of $329 per night, plus tax and is available for arrival on Tuesday, September 26 and departure on Thursday, September 28, subject to availability. A daily resort charge of $15 is added to each room each night and is used to cover an array of the guest-only amenities and services offered.

The group rate may be extended three days before (Saturday, September 24) and three days after (Sunday, October 1) the conference, subject to availability.

Rooms must be booked by Wednesday, August 23. Thereafter, the above rates and availability cannot be guaranteed.

Please note the hotel's cancellation policy: room reservations must be cancelled at least seven (7) days prior to scheduled arrival in order to receive a full refund.
