By enlisting the leading lights of our civic, business and innovation communities, the Germination Project catalyzes and energizes an elite cadre of ambitious young men and women, brought together by their talent, drive and commitment to putting their gifts into service for the beneﬁt of our society at large.Who| The FellowshipFellows are selected upon completion of a rigorous application and interview process designed to identify the most driven 10th graders with proven intellectual curiosity, elastic imaginations, a budding passion for service and learning, exceptional academic records and other unique and meaningful talents.

The Germination Project

Join us at the Union League on September 19th, 2017 to welcome Philadelphia’s next generation of leaders! The event will feature appearances by some of the region's most influential figures, exclusive performances by members of Philadelphia's creative community, the presentation of our Icon Award to Dr. Larry Kaiser, President & CEO of Temple University Health System and many more highlights guaranteed to make this an affair to remember.
