Future Leaders of Yale(FLY) hopes to provide a community for early-career staff members at Yale, who through networking, professional development, mentorship, and encouraging career advancement. We are committed to supporting the recruitment, retention, and advancement of qualified staff members at Yale University.

<H3>The theme of this year's Symposium is the experience paradox: how do you get the job without the experience, or get the experience without the job?</H3>
<P>The Young Professionals Symposium brings together state officials, community leaders, and young professionals from across Connecticut for an engaging and enriching conversation. The goals of our second annual Symposium are to provide opportunities for professional development, to attract and retain young professionals to the state, and to build a sense of community among our groups. The Symposium is an all-day event composed of brunch, a panel, keynote, lunch, breakout sessions, and a networking happy hour. It is completely free to attend, and we encourage anyone who identifies as a young professional to attend.</P>
