ROW convenes community partners to enhance quality of life through innovation, analysis, cultural advancement and investment along Indy waterways and in neighborhoods.We envision individuals, families, and organizations engaged, nourished and inspired by equitable cultural advancement, environmental, educational, and economic opportunities along our waterways.

Reconnecting to Our Waterways (ROW)

Reconnecting to Our Waterways (ROW) is turning the annual report into an art experience. This event will demonstrate ROW's progress on current projects, as well as and reveal PLAN 2020 goals for the six waterways/neighborhoods of focus: Fall Creek, Pogue’s Run, Pleasant Run, White River, Little Eagle Creek and the Central Canal. 
2016 ROWport is an interactive and inspirational event for local neighborhood residents, professionals, businesses and nonprofits impacted by ROW’s initiatives. 
This year, we will experience the Pleasant Run Waterway destination at Pleasant Run and Barth Avenue, west of Shelby Street, south of Fountain Square.  Over the past two years, this passive space has been transformed by ROW and the City of Indianapolis.  A new pedestrain bridge is in place, along with stone seating in the open area, native landscaping, and art sculptures.  ROW is telling it's 2016 story by way of six (6) local artists creating an art experience on this site.
This event will be outdoors, please come accordingly.  Parking is available on the streets.
