Miami Tech, it’s time to do some good for your community! 

Refresh Miami is teaming up with Wyncode Academy and Code for Miami to host its first annual Hack-For-Good. Hack-For-Good pairs local nonprofits with the top tech talent in Miami to come up with solutions to their biggest challenges through the use of tech. Taking place at The LAB Miami in the heart of Wynwood, the hackathon is all about building real tools that can help charities and nonprofits in our local community do more with what they have and make an even bigger impact on the lives of Miami residents. If that weren't enough, some fabulous prizes will be awarded to the top projects:

• 1st Place: $2,500 in Cash PLUS Prizes!
• 2nd Place: $1,500 in Cash PLUS Prizes!
• 3rd Place: $1,000 in Cash PLUS Prizes!

Coinciding with CodeAcross and International Open Data Day, this hackathon is open to coders, marketers, designers, and Miami tech enthusiasts.

• Friday, March 4, 2016 - 7pm: Kickoff Party! Nonprofit Presentations and Formation of Teams
• Saturday, March 5, 2016 - 8am: Hacking and Q&A sessions with nonprofit representatives
• Sunday, March 6, 2016 - 8am: Judging and Award Ceremony, After Party at Concrete Beach
