Writing is a great tool for reflection and growth!  Join us as we start our own journals.

<p>We&#x27;ll begin class by decorating a small notebook (the library will provide these), and then we&#x27;ll undertake some writing prompts to get our journals started! While there will be time for participants to share their work, reading what you write is not required. </p>
