November New Moon Workshop - Movement, Meditation & Luxury Sound Bath

Step into the quiet power of the new moon—a time to clear and begin again.

The New Moon is an auspicious invitation to pause, turn inward, and create space for what you desire to receive.

Join us at Sacred Space Las Vegas for a nurturing two-hour workshop dedicated to self-recognition, spiritual growth, and personal renewal.

Through intentional movement, guided meditation, mindful reflection, journaling, and an immersive sound healing experience featuring crystal singing bowls and therapeutic gongs, you’ll receive depth of clarity and inner guidance to fulfill what is yours this holiday season, into the New Year.

Whether you’re navigating a transition, calling in something new, or desiring time to reconnect with yourself, this intimate gathering offers a powerful opportunity to reset, realign, and begin again. You'll leave grounded, clearer, and ready to begin again.

This workshop uses premium foam mattresses, not yoga mats, so your body can fully release into rest. Most studios don't offer this. We do.

Your Guides:

Merriliz Monzon, a Meditation Trainer and Transformation Facilitator with 10+ years of advanced certifications from South India will be leading the movement, guided meditation, mindful reflection, and journaling portion of the workshop.

She will be followed by Tricia Trimble, founder of Sacred Space Las Vegas and trained yoga and sound bath practitioner who will be leading the luxury sound bath portion of the workshop.

Suitable for all levels. No prior experience required. Space is intentionally limited.
