Reconnect with nature and awaken your inner harmony in this enchanting Rooted in Nature experience, inspired by the grounding and nurturing energy of Moss Agate. Join Aya and Chela for a peaceful journey combining gentle Hatha Yoga, the healing energy of Reiki, and the soothing vibrations of a sound bath. Together, we’ll release stress, restore balance, and deepen our connection to Mother Earth.

If you feel called to, you’re also welcome to bring a small nature-related item to help us create a shared altar together. This could be something simple like a rock, stick, flower, leaf, poem, drawing, or anything else that feels meaningful to you. You’re welcome to take your item home afterward, or if you choose to leave it, we’ll return it back to nature with care. 🌿

No previous yoga experience is needed. Please bring your own yoga mat; all other materials will be provided.
