'Style my mates' -Exhibition/ Watch party

A Manchester- born styling project celebrating individuality, self expression and community through fashion. Supported by Schuh X HEADS.

'Style my mates' is an independant creative styling project directed and created by Lili Donovan in 2024. Built around the idea that personal style is a form of self expression, the project brings together fashion, creativity and community to celebrate individuality.

Through styling, story telling and collaboration, the project explores how clothing can reflect who we are, where we come from and who we aspire to become. Working with a diverse mix of people and creative talent, Styling My Mates creates opportunities for individuals to step outside their comfort zones, experiment with their identity and see themselves in a new light.

What started as a personal creative concept has grown into a collaboration series celebrating people, their stories and the power of getting dressed. At its heart, Style My Mates is about being able to share a creative vision with my mates for my mates.
