Professional relationships open doors, create opportunities and help shape our careers. But when it comes to networking, are men and women really playing by the same rules? How much do personal style, context and gender expectations influence how we introduce ourselves, nurture connections and ask for support?

The LeadHERship Club – POLIMI GSoM Alumni invites you to an evening of conversation exploring these questions through the experiences of two male and two female speakers. Taking a provocative question as our starting point, we will challenge stereotypes and assumptions, sharing different approaches, obstacles and lessons learned along the way.

From starting a conversation to sustaining a relationship, from making our contributions visible to creating opportunities for others, we will explore practical ways to build an authentic professional network rooted in trust, reciprocity and shared value.
