Founder Failure Dinner

No pitch decks. No success theater. Real mistakes, hard decisions and lessons worth sharing.

Founder Failure Dinner is an in-person event for founders to share the stories behind their stumbles, setbacks, and lessons learned. Come as you are, connect with fellow founders, and remember: failure is part of the journey.

Groundfloor Unfiltered: Founder Failure Dinner is an intimate peer-learning dinner for founders and senior business leaders.

Guests discuss difficult operating decisions, hiring mistakes, cash-pressure situations and lessons that changed how they lead.

There are no pitch presentations, public recordings or aggressive sales activity.

Dinner and non-alcoholic refreshments are planned.

Guests should avoid sharing confidential, legally restricted or personally sensitive information. Experiences shared during the event are for general educational discussion only.
