A free introduction to breathwork and sound healing with Hong of Hong Breath & Heal, held at Eco Ardence, Setia Alam, Selangor, Malaysia. Curious about breathwork and sound healing but never had the chance to try? Come and feel it for yourself. No experience needed and new friends are welcome.

When: Saturday 28 November 2026, 5:00 - 6:00 PM (Malaysia time, GMT+8). This is the evening session. A morning session runs the same day, 10:00 - 11:00 AM.

Where: Eco Ardence, Setia Alam, Shah Alam, Selangor (Klang Valley, near Kuala Lumpur / KL and Petaling Jaya / PJ)

Price: FREE entry.

Who is it for: Complete beginners and the curious. No experience needed.

Who is Hong?

Hong is the founder of Prana Unda Inn Wellness (Hong Breath & Heal), an HRD Corp accredited trainer, trained in 100-hour Biodynamic Breathwork, and a Certified Sound Healer.

This is an experiential wellness practice, not a medical treatment. Experiences differ from person to person. If you have a health concern, tell Hong before you join.
