Sunrise 5K Denver is an in-person river trail run followed by a coffee and pastry social. Lace up, hit the trail, and enjoy a relaxed morning together!

Start Saturday with Sunrise 5K Denver, a relaxed community run along the South Platte River Trail. Choose your pace: Easy Run, Run/Walk, or Social Pace. No timing, rankings, or pressure - just fresh air, morning light, and good company. After the approximately 5K route, regroup at Blue Sparrow Coffee for specialty coffee, pastries, and friendly conversation. Eligible tickets include one coffee and one pastry, subject to the confirmed menu. All paces welcome!
