Join us for an intentional women’s circle centered around self-love, connection, and creating space to come back to ourselves and one another.

Together, we’ll explore the theme through gentle movement, breathwork, meditation, reflection activities, sharing, and a simple ritual or offering. There will also be time to simply connect, listen, and be in community with other women.

We’ll begin by creating a shared altar together. If you feel called to, bring one small item that represents self-love, femininity, connection, or simply feels meaningful to you. It could be a flower, leaf, stone, photograph, poem, drawing, written intention, or anything simple that you’d like to contribute. You’re welcome to take your item home with you afterward.

This circle is open to women and anyone who feels called to connect with and explore the feminine within themselves. No previous experience with meditation, yoga, or women’s circles is needed. 💗
