History of Synthesizers with Izzy Musa

History of Synthesizers with Izzy Musa

Overview

A journey through the history of synthesizers, told through Arturia’s Astrolab and Izzy Musa’s take on how he uses synths in his work

What makes a sound iconic? Join us for a session that traces how synthesizers evolved, from early analog machines to the tools producers rely on today, using Arturia’s Astrolab as the guide.

Presented by Arturia and hosted by Izzy Musa, the session goes beyond the timeline. Izzy shares his own take on how he uses the Astrolab, and synths as a whole, in his work as a producer and composer. Expect a mix of history, demos, and honest insight from someone who uses these instruments every day.
