FTG’s health and wellness series is bringing together GWORLS everywhere in the form of movement through Pilates.

We like to party but we also like to look good while doing so. This class kicks off a collaboration with the lovely women over at BEYOND YOGA in Bellevue, WA.
Beyond YOGA is an active lifestyle brand stretching the rules of wellbeing. Body inclusive and founded by two women. They make activewear that moves with you.

This series is a hour long - instructor led mat pilates class, where all you need to bring is yourself. There will be pressed juice to enjoy and a female dj spinning some of your favorite tunes.
Doors will open at 9: 45 amand class will start promptly at 10:00am.
There will be a 30 minute social following class to enjoy the music and make meaningful connection.
All necessary equipment will be provided.
