Your ticket covers the entire dinner, drinks, and entertainment throughout the night:

• Traditional Starters & Boards: Rich Georgian cheese board, fresh cucumber-tomato salad with herbs, and classic eggplant rolls with spiced walnut filling (Badrijani Nigvzit).
• Warm Breads & Pastries: Freshly baked, bubbling Khachapuri, Lobiani (vegetarian) and traditional Georgian bread.
• The Khinkali Selection: Hand-rolled soup dumplings served piping hot—featuring classic seasoned beef, juicy mushroom, and melted Georgian cheese varieties.
• Hearty Mains: Slow-cooked, tender Georgian beef stew fragrant with native herbs and spices.
• Drinks & Pairings: Free-flowing traditional Georgian wine, chilled sparkling water, and still water.
• To Finish: Artisanal desserts served with hot coffee and tea.

### Live Music & Atmosphere

Throughout the feast, dinner will be accompanied by a live performance of traditional Georgian polyphonic songs, bringing the ancient, evocative harmonies of the mountains and valleys directly into the room. Expect flickering candlelight, heartfelt toasts, and the effortless, social warmth of a room full of good company.
