Let’s move through our grief together with people who get it.
We are moving through our grief together!
The afternoon begins at 12 PM with time to arrive, settle in, meet other grievers, and grab an energy drink and fresh fruit.
Then we’ll move into a 50-minute, high-energy SHRED class designed to give you permission to get out of your head and into your body.
(this class is suitable for beginners and can be modified to your level of fitness)
After class, we’ll slow things down with mimosas and bracelet + keychain making - creating something you can keep for yourself, make in honor of your person, or give to someone you love. A photographer will be there throughout the event to capture the afternoon.
Moving Through the After is about experiencing what movement can do for grief - not to fix it or outrun it, but to give all that emotion somewhere to go. It’s also a chance to meet other people in your city who understand what it means to live after losing someone.
With the holidays approaching, we’ll make space for the complicated reality of entering a season that may look completely different without your person.
