IMPORTANT REMINDERS

• One company, one representative only. Admission is completely free for one (1) bonafide travel agent per company.
• Additional representatives: An admission fee of ₱1,500 per extra person applies.
• Buyers only — no seller marketing. Participants may explore supplier offerings for potential bookings but may not promote or sell their own products or services, distribute promotional materials, or solicit business during the event. Selling and promotional activities are reserved for officially registered suppliers and sponsors.
• Business documents required. Upload at least one valid document for verification: Mayor’s Business Permit, DTI Business Name Registration, or SEC Certificate of Incorporation.
• Bring your calling cards to exchange contact details and build professional connections.
• Registration is subject to review and confirmation by the ITATOA Events Committee.
• This registration is for the B2B Networking Session only. Access to the General Membership Meeting (GMM) is exclusive to ITATOA members and their authorized representatives.
