On Friday, November 13, the iconic BÂOLI Miami sets the stage for an extraordinary evening bringing together beautiful models, influential personalities, entertainment industry insiders, tastemakers, and Miami's elite for a spectacular celebration of glamour, beauty, and giving back.

BABES IN TOYLAND CHRISTMAS TOY DRIVE

With the success of our Miami White Party, we decided to extend our signature event - the Christmas Toy Drive - to Miami.

For nearly two decades, Babes in Toyland has brought together beautiful models, celebrities, influencers, and entertainment industry professionals for unforgettable events that combine glamour, nightlife, and philanthropy. Its annual Christmas Toy Drive has become a signature holiday tradition, uniting the entertainment community to collect toys and spread holiday cheer to underprivileged children.

More than just a party, the Babes in Toyland Christmas Toy Drive is a celebration of generosity, bringing people together to make a meaningful difference during the holiday season.

The evening will also feature the highly anticipated Paradise Beauty International Finals, where stunning finalists take center stage to compete for the coveted title of Miss Paradise Beauty International.

Continuing the Babes in Toyland tradition of combining unforgettable entertainment with meaningful philanthropy, this year's Christmas Toy Drive invites every guest to make a difference.

🎁 MANDATORY TOY DONATION

All attendees, including ticket holders, VIP guests, and complimentary guest list attendees, must bring at least one new, unwrapped toy with a minimum retail value of $25 per person.

All toys collected will be donated to charity.

Age Requirement: 21+ | Valid government-issued photo ID required

Dress Code: Upscale, fashionable nightlife attire

Charity Donation: One new, unwrapped toy valued at $25 or more per attendee

EVENT TICKET POLICY, TERMS & CONDITIONS

ALL SALES ARE FINAL – NO REFUNDS

All ticket purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. No refunds will be issued for cancellations by ticket holders, scheduling conflicts, travel delays, illness, failure to attend, or removal from the event for violating event policies.

RAIN OR SHINE

This event will take place rain or shine. Weather conditions, including rain, wind, or unfavorable forecasts, do not automatically qualify ticket holders for refunds. In the event of severe weather or other circumstances affecting safety, the organizer reserves the right to modify, postpone, relocate, or cancel the event. Any refunds or credits will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the ticketing platform's policies.

EVENT CHANGES

The organizer reserves the right to modify event programming, entertainment, performers, DJs, models, sponsors, venue arrangements, and event schedules without prior notice. Changes to the advertised lineup or programming do not automatically entitle ticket holders to refunds.

ADMISSION & RIGHT TO REFUSE ENTRY

Admission is subject to venue capacity, security screening, age requirements, dress code, and compliance with event rules. The organizer and venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any guest engaging in disruptive, unsafe, threatening, or inappropriate behavior, subject to applicable law. No refund will be provided to guests removed for violating event policies.

AGE REQUIREMENTS & IDENTIFICATION

This is a 21+ event unless otherwise stated. All attendees must present valid, government-issued photo identification. Guests without acceptable identification will be denied entry without a refund.

DRESS CODE

Fashionable, upscale attire is encouraged. Certain events may require specific attire or themed dress codes. Guests must comply with any dress code expressly stated in the event listing. Failure to meet the published dress code may result in denied admission without a refund, subject to applicable law.

PHOTOGRAPHY & VIDEO RELEASE

By attending, guests acknowledge that photography, video recording, and media coverage may occur. Attendees may appear in event photography or recordings used for promotional, editorial, social media, and marketing purposes. Attendance constitutes consent to such uses to the extent permitted by applicable law.

PERSONAL PROPERTY

Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings. The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded.

TICKET TRANSFERS & RESALE

Tickets may not be resold for commercial purposes without prior authorization. Unauthorized, fraudulent, duplicated, or invalid tickets may be rejected. Any permitted ticket transfers must comply with Eventbrite's procedures and event policies.

VIP TABLES & SPECIAL PACKAGES

VIP tickets, reserved tables, and special packages are subject to the specific inclusions and conditions stated at the time of purchase. Unless expressly included, ticket purchases do not guarantee seating, complimentary beverages, personal access to performers or models, or other services.

FORCE MAJEURE

The organizer shall not be responsible for delays, modifications, or inability to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, government restrictions, emergencies, labor disruptions, or venue closures. Refund rights, if any, remain subject to applicable law.

ASSUMPTION OF RISK

Attendees voluntarily assume the ordinary risks associated with attending a live entertainment event, including crowds, loud music, lighting effects, and other foreseeable event conditions. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be waived.

AGREEMENT TO TERMS

By purchasing a ticket, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees to these event policies and any additional rules published by the venue or organizer, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: TICKET SALES & CHARITABLE DONATIONS

Ticket purchases and charitable donations are separate.

All attendees, including paid ticket holders, VIP guests, and complimentary guest list attendees, are required to bring the designated charitable donation as a condition of admission.

100% of all charitable donations collected at the event will go directly to the designated charity. No portion of these donations will be used to cover event expenses.

Ticket sales are separate from charitable contributions. Revenue generated from ticket sales is used to offset event-related expenses, including venue rental, production, entertainment, DJs, security, staffing, marketing, promotions, and other operational costs.

Purchasing a ticket does not fulfill or replace the required charitable donation.

By purchasing a ticket or accepting a guest list invitation, attendees acknowledge and agree to these requirements.
