Letterspace Glyphs Workshop (1) Variable Font

In this workshop, you’ll learn how to set up a variable font and maintain compatibility between masters. We'll explore how to use bracket [ ] and brace { } layers, work with variable components, and speed up your workflow with the help of Python scripts.

All workshops will be hosted and led by the Letterspace team, whose members have up to 20 years of experience in type design. Each workshop requires a minimum of 5 participants and has a maximum capacity of 12. You can secure your spot by purchasing a ticket. If a workshop is cancelled, tickets will be fully refunded through Eventbrite.

Doors open at 19:00, and the workshop starts promptly at 19:30. The workshop ends at 21:30, followed by an additional 30 minutes for individual questions.
