Farm to Table Dinner: Neptune's Feast

Seafood galore. From the Gulf to the Atlantic. This dinner will be a succession of seafood dishes

Seafood Galore! Come enjoy this Farm Dinner befitting of the Roman God of the Sea. Neptune's Feast will feature seafood from the Gulf to the Atlantic.

Arrive before 6:00PM to explore the farm and enjoy some passed apps .

Once all the guests arrive we will sit communally next to friends old and new. Food will be served family style to be passed and shared around the table. Our menus reflect the farm and always include greens harvested the day of the event.

We serve water and a chilled herbal tea. Please feel free to bring any beverage you wish to enjoy, we'll provide the glassware.

Warm oysters with a peppers and tomato duxelle

Scallops quenelles with sauce Aurore

Provencal fish soup with olive oil croutons and its famous garlic sauce” The Rouille”

Cedar Key clams and Atlantic mussels in white wine

Steamed potatoes, butter and parsley

Farm greens with butter and garlic

Provencal frozen nougat with candied fruit and nuts
